Bluseeds – Dignity & Hope
Langley, Kent: Bluseeds – Dignity & Hope today announced a new partnership with Plan International Uganda and the Smart Up Factory. The focus of the partnership is to help youth entrepreneurs in Uganda start their own businesses to provide a sustainable income for their future and to lift up their communities.
“For us, this is a great achievement” said Dino A. Parrella, Bluseeds’ Founder and Executive Chairman “the partnership will allow us to expand our current programs to the next generation of Ugandan youth”.
Bluseeds will be bringing their successful Kick-Start Investment program to the Smart Up Factory as part of the ongoing fight against poverty and financial hardship. Over 3,500 young people from Uganda have already learnt new skills and gained opportunities through the Smart Up Factory’s training scheme and the new partnership with Bluseeds will help ensure that seed funding is available to translate that training into real businesses.
About Bluseeds – Dignity & Hope: Since its inception in 2015, the Bluseeds Kick-Start Investment program has shown that it is possible to beat poverty and create sustainable incomes, one entrepreneur at a time. In 2019, Bluseeds has impacted over 400 people in Uganda with more entrepreneurs lined up and ready to go.
